Visit to the Health Education Exhibition and Resource Centre

【Exploring a Healthy Little World!】

Today, our kindergarten students happily marched into the “Health Education Exhibition and Information Centre” at Hong Kong’s Kowloon Park, embarking on a wonderful journey full of surprises to explore health knowledge!
Inside the centre, the children learned through fun, interactive games and vivid models:
Little Guardians of Personal Hygiene: Learned proper handwashing techniques, striving to be superheros who defeat germs!

Little Food Safety Experts: Discovered how to choose fresh food for healthy and happy eating!
Little Environmental Protection Pioneers: Understood the importance of keeping our environment clean and protecting our Earth together!

Seeing the children’s curious eyes and excited smiles, we know that the seeds of loving health and valuing hygiene have been quietly planted in their hearts.

This educational and fun visit allowed the children to learn essential life skills in a real-world setting.

Celebrating Diwali

Today, our kindergarten was filled with light and joy as we celebrated Diwali, the Festival of Lights!

At IBELKG, we believe in nurturing global citizens by introducing our students to a wide range of cultural traditions. Alongside local celebrations such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Ching Ming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Easter, we also explore international festivals like Diwali to broaden our children’s understanding of the world.

Through these celebrations, our students learn to appreciate different cultures and values; building empathy, curiosity and respect from a young age.

Happy Diwali Everyone!

Jockey Club Children Oral Health Project

We were delighted to welcome the HKU Faculty of Dentistry 香港大學牙醫學院 team back to our campus for dental check-ups. Each student received a simple report for parents, helping families stay informed about their child’s oral health.

We are happy to see that most of our students have healthy teeth — though a few did have cavities, reminding us how important regular care is!

Parents if you are reading this, please remember to assist your child with brushing their teeth daily…
