As it has been confirmed that the above entity is under the sole control and ownership of INTEGRATED BRILLIANT EDUCATION LIMITED, the tax exemption granted to INTEGRATED BRILLIANT EDUCATION Limited under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance applies to the above entity.
